Obverse: Nude horseman riding right on rearing horse. Reverse: Nude Taras astride dolphin left, holding aphlaston, TAPA? References: Fischer-Bossert group 27, 383c, Vlasto 374ff Very Rare. Choice Good EF grade and struck from dies of superb style! Rare dies and extremely rare in this condition; certainly the finest known example of this type.

The depiction of Taras on the dolphin is among the most well-preserved I have ever seen, the head and face, hand and musculature are all completely. Some light cleaning scratches and deposits, and the reverse a touch off center, but otherwise incredibly attractive! With full color picture and signed by a professional numismatist and is guaranteed authentic forever.
