Scarce 1923 first day cover of the 7 cent McKinley 4th bureau issue, Scott 559, from McKinley's birthplace of Niles, Ohio. One of the very early examples of a location-specific first day ceremony. Preprinted address envelope; postmark a bit weak but identifiable.
