Beloved Looney Tunes characters, Neither Snow Nor Wain Nor Putty Tats features three collectible elements custom-framed as a set: a beautiful lithograph of the art as it appears on the stamp, a stamp saver sheet containing ten stamps and a specially cancelled "First Day of Issue" envelope, which is exclusive to this edition. Neither Snow Nor Wain Nor Putty Tats began with a custom, hand-painted image of Tweety and Sylvester as they appear on the stamp, printed through the lithography process on heavy, archival quality paper. This print was matted and framed by hand with a stamp saver sheet of ten matching stamps, as well as a custom printed envelope featuring a special Tweety and Sylvester "First Day of Issue" graphic cancellation. Neither Snow Nor Wain Nor Putly Tats is a must-have collectible for cartoon buffs and stamp aficionados alike! Measures 20.5"w X 16" h in frame.
